You CAN’T exercise a BAD diet!
I am trying so hard to start eating clean. I know how much better I feel when I do so I am embracing this new healthy lifestyle! I use My Fitness Pal to log my food which helps TREMENDOUSLY! I never thought I would be able to count calories but they make it so easy! I have been feeding my body more fruits and vegetables then ever and feel great!
I am now pinning and trying new gluten free recipes since we have found out Alex has a gluten sensitivity. If you have a favorite gluten free recipe, please share in the comments and I will check it out!
